We take complaints seriously and are committed to improving the experience for all those that visit our venue. If you wish to file a complaint for any reason, please reach out to the relevant department (contact information below). Note that these are for non-safeguarding related concerns. If you have a safeguarding concern, please follow the guidance set out on our safeguarding page.
