XI’m a strength and conditioning practitioner with a passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work with Olympic medalists, professional cricketers, and players who have competed on the biggest stages in sport – including Grand Slams. I’ve also supported athletes winning national age-group titles, which has been just as rewarding as seeing athletes shine internationally. My academic background underpins everything I do – I hold a First-Class Undergraduate Degree and a Master’s with Distinction, along with multiple research publications in the field of sports science. This balance of research and applied coaching allows me to bring both scientific rigor and practical experience into every training environment.Ultimately, my goal is simple: to help athletes perform at their best, stay healthy and enjoy the journey along the way. -
