Dukes Meadows offers a range of tailored tennis tuition for children 5+ years. Led by our excellent team of qualified coaches, we host various group squads that run on both the weekdays and weekends.
Club Programme
Perfect for beginner to intermediate players, children from 5-16 years old will discover their love for tennis through using appropriate speed tennis balls on suitable sized courts. In groups of no more than 6:1 ratios, our tennis coaches ensure that your child or children, learn the correct fundamentals, all the whilst having great fun on court! Listed below are the various squads that we run, with their relevant age ranges:
Red Club: 5-7 years
Orange Club: 8-9 years
Green Club: 9-10 years
Junior Club: 10+ years

Performance Programme
Perfect for intermediate to advanced players (invitation only). Young players taking their training extremely seriously, with the aim of attending RPDC squads, will be invited to work in exclusive squads of a 4:1 ratio. Our team members support parents to ensure that players have a weekly tennis schedule, which realistically aims for Regional and National level events. Physical assessments are carried out throughout the term by our athletic development team to ensure that required fitness levels are achieved. Competitions are organised and supported by our development team.
Junior Performance Squads
Sessions are targeted at competitive, developing junior players, aged 10-16 years, who enjoy training in a rigorous and demanding environment. Players work within small groups on technique, tactics and movement. In addition to our experienced performance coaches who lead the squads, an athletic development coach is also incorporated into the sessions to assist in both general physical development and improvement of tennis specific skills. Players should be ready to embrace the challenges and align themselves with our Dukes Meadows philosophy;
Effort, Attitude and Teamwork (EAT).
