Our function room & bar is suitable for a variety of events from seated dinners to standing receptions.
The 200 square metre ballroom is the perfect environment for any celebration with its polished wooden floor and large French windows opening onto a covered terrace overlooking the golf course.
The room has a moveable stage suitable for live music and DJ services. The room adjoins the cafe/bar which is an ideal facility for a pre-event drinks reception.
Our in-house catering team has created a selection of menus to suit a variety of events and can also produce a bespoke menu to suit the occasion. The function room can seat 200 guests for dinner and 300 for a cocktail reception, meeting or conference.

Dukes Meadows specialises in holding bespoke corporate events and will tailor a package to suit your needs.
The function room is ideal as a meeting room alongside activities such as golf, tennis and ski. Our in-house events team is on hand to help with planning the day to ensure the event goes smoothly from start to finish.
Food and drink packages available all day.
Filming & Rehearsals
The room is available to hire without furniture and is therefore ideal for stage, TV rehearsals and fashion shows.
