If you need to report a safeguarding concern, your primary point of contact is our Club Welfare Officer, Josh Rideout (Director of Golf), who may be contacted at welfare@dukesmeadows.com. Our General Manager, Justin Webb, may also be contacted at justin.webb@dukesmeadows.com.
Beyond this, if you have a safeguarding concern and would prefer to report it directly to either the LTA, England Golf or SnowSport England, please follow the guidance set out below:
If your concern relates to Tennis, please use the Reporting a Concern Form and return the completed document to the LTA at safeguarding@lta.org.uk. If your concern relates to Golf, please contact England Golf at safeguarding@englandgolf.org. And if your concern relates to Ski, please contact SnowSport England at welfare@snowsportengland.org.uk.
